Every recent review reports the same experience: crews arrive promptly, identify problems accurately, explain the work clearly, and complete jobs in a single day with immaculate cleanup. Reviewers highlight fair pricing, responsiveness years later for follow-up service, and professional crew behaviour on site. Staff document work with photos, compact soil after backfill, and even replant landscaping-details that set them apart.

The business handles basement waterproofing, drain repair, backwater valve installation, and sump pump service across the Greater Toronto Area. Repeat customers and referrals dominate the feedback; one reviewer notes staff returned six years after the original install to fix an unrelated drain issue without charging.
