Reviewers consistently report same-day or next-day arrival, with staff who diagnose problems clearly and complete work without leaving mess. The team's honesty stands out: they explain options plainly, refuse to oversell, and fix mistakes (like accidentally broken pipes) immediately. Across Canada handles flood extraction with industrial dehumidifiers and large fans, mold assessment and remediation, ice dam removal, roof work, and sump pump replacement. Staff named include Daniel and Isaiah, both praised repeatedly for reliability and care. One reviewer called them "the best job in Canada" for responsibility and punctuality.
London Steam delivers consistent, fast service that wins over both homeowners and contractors. Technicians arrive on schedule, clean carpets and ducts thoroughly, and work courteously; pricing undercuts competitors. One no-show and occasional cleanup debris tempered an otherwise strong track record. The business handles same-day requests, serves London and surrounding areas, and lists specialized work on air ducts, upholstery, and water extraction alongside carpet cleaning. Experience spans over 30 years; their website lists starting prices from $119.95 for carpet and $169 for duct packages.
