Most jobs finish fast and clean, with crews that show up early and explain what's happening. Drywall patches blend seamlessly and ceilings match perfectly; the team protects work areas and tidies daily. One customer came back twice at no charge to perfect a water-damaged ceiling. Office communication sometimes stumbled: one household felt pressured and got mixed messaging about fees and scope, while another was left mid-job without clear next steps and then invoiced for incomplete work.
Water-damaged ceiling repairs stand out across multiple reviews, from small patches to full ceiling replacements after leaks or burst supply lines. Mould work appears straightforward: remove affected drywall, remediate, patch and paint. Technicians like Buki, Matthew, and Wade earned specific praise for professionalism and finishing detail.

Every review praises Bachly's professionalism, organization, and follow-through. The team consistently delivers on promises and listens to client concerns, with particular praise for project managers who understand what homeowners need after disaster.
Flooring Liquidators Ottawa earns consistent five-star praise for staff helpfulness and product range. Reviewers highlight quick quote turnaround, patient guidance through selection, and fair pricing especially for flood recovery needs.
Most customers praise fast response, transparent estimates, and high-quality work, particularly for water damage, fire restoration, and asbestos removal. However, two significant 1-star reviews document mold remediation failures: one project dragged 7 weeks and cost over $40,000 before mold reappeared within a year, and another describes poor diagnosis leading to $3,000 in unnecessary repairs. These outlier complaints suggest inconsistency in diagnosis and long-term problem-solving, especially on complex mold jobs.
