Five recent one-star reviews report serious issues: delayed follow-up from staff, billing disputes, subcontractor damage to property and possessions, and conflicts with insurance company. Older five-star reviews praise quick response and quality work, but the weight of recent complaints about honesty and accountability creates substantial concern. Service quality appears inconsistent across branches and hinges on which technician shows up.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
