Most reviewers report smooth, well-coordinated restoration work with staff praised by name for professionalism and follow-through. However, two detailed one-star reviews describe delayed emergency response, billing practices that charge for services not rendered, and communication breakdowns after payment, raising questions about consistency and accountability. The business excels at handling multi-trade projects like basement repairs and post-flood restoration, often coordinated by named team members. Watch times, pricing verification, and clear upfront communication appear critical factors in outcomes.
