Mark, Caleb, and Craig lead a team that handles air ducts, dryer vents, carpets, and upholstery with visible care. Customers repeatedly praise the work quality and friendliness, often returning over years. One technician's rudeness and a shoe-removal dispute stand out sharply against the overwhelmingly positive pattern. The company claims to operate since 1976 across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph. Most reviews highlight efficient, professional service; the crew explains the process clearly and leaves spaces cleaner than expected. Two complaints hint at occasional lapses in respect and communication that undercut the standard.
