What do customers say?

The company delivers fast water extraction and responsive service that satisfies most clients; however, inconsistency in workmanship quality and documented staff conduct issues create a sharp divide. With a 4.2 average across 19 reviews, eight of nine five-star accounts praise quick mobilisation and professionalism, while four one-star reviews cite sloppy work, material failures, and serious interpersonal conduct concerns. Evidence is limited.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Water damage arrives without warning, and Restoration Express shows up the same day or within an hour. George and his team assess damage calmly, explain what they will do step by step, and never push equipment or services you do not need. Reviewers consistently report that sub-floor drying, dehumidifiers, and ice dam mitigation work-with follow-up inspections to catch hidden moisture before mold takes hold. Their responsiveness extends to early mornings on long weekends and late-night emergencies. Property managers have called them back repeatedly for buildings with multiple units. Customers mention they saved hardwood floors, prevented drywall replacement, and kept interiors clean during the work. Pricing stays fair throughout.

Staff walk clients through solutions, answer questions patiently, and deliver results that hold through winter weather; one reviewer flagged concern that the service did not solve the underlying problem. Work includes foundation cracks, exterior wall waterproofing, basement leaks, window wells, porches, and cold room builds. The team arrives early, covers areas during work, and restores the property to spotless condition before leaving. Named staff show expertise in root-cause diagnosis and deliver competitive pricing.
