When The Crack Doctor's team shows up, customers praise their knowledge and professionalism. Communication breakdowns and warranty disputes dominate complaints: unreturned calls, ignored emails, and denied claims despite advertised lifetime guarantees frustrate many past clients. Review evidence is limited to foundation and basement work, not water damage directly.
