What do customers say?
Fast response and technical knowledge shine in early assessments, with several reviewers praising how staff explained damage and eased stress. However, the record shows stark inconsistency: some projects stall for months, repairs remain unfinished years later, and emergency calls go unanswered when crews fail to show. The gap between five-star first impressions and one-star aftermath work is the defining pattern.
