Groundworks Foundation Repair Toronto
Groundworks earns trust through staff who explain work thoroughly, arrive on time, and leave basements and crawl spaces cleaner than they found them. Foundation repairs, waterproofing, and sump pump installs run smoothly; financing helps homeowners commit to fixes they have delayed for years. One reviewer noted sales pressure during initial consultation, though staff concern for their situation prevented losing the sale. The company pairs thorough assessment with crew experience. Foremen like Lucio, Jose, and Andrew manage complex repairs without delays or budget overruns. A homeowner found their severe foundation damage stabilized by the crew where other contractors had only suggested teardown and rebuild. Another verified foundation slope correction that competitors had missed entirely.
